Morena Bizzarini only accepts the V12 MRN. AFAIK there are currently no cars in the game that can use MRC.

I messed up big time fully built mrc with performance parts instead of a mrn which is now basically a paper weight

Mods, Aston Martin, FMW sentinal, GT 20, 240Z and a bunch of other "restomods".
Type "V12" in workshop search bar, works a treat.
