Good.... that it has been suggested.
Just allowing us to switch from inventory to warehouse(s) when selecting parts to use would be a massive usability improvement to the game.
I feel like maybe I'm missing something here, can you explain this a bit more? Simply opening inventory in my game does not display anything in my warehouse. I have to physically walk into the room and click on one of the shelves to view anything I've stored in the warehouse. Am I missing a setting or something or am I just not understanding what you meant here?
Love the new shopping list functionality, but I'd really like to see an indicator of some sort if something on the list is in my warehouse. Just coloring the text green would warn me I don't need to buy this part, I should look in the warehouse.
That would be indeed very nice.
But even in the current state, I feel there is a missed opportunity from the devs: we have this handy shopping list, which we could use effortlessly to search a specific part while shopping with the (in-game) computer. Click on the item in the list, it got added to the search box and is immediately searched.
This shopping list is not directly available while checking what's in the warehouse. Yet, the search box seems the same.
