I know all cars have different amounts of parts...but what would you say would be an average of scrap to complete a full tuned to the max car?...All parts 3 stars.

20,000-35,000 scrap. Someone already tried this in another thread. It was not worth it. Only added $10,000-15,000 to final value of car. Big waste of time.

I know it's not worth it if you sell the car, just doing it to have a complete 3 star car to keep.

Then farm up 20,000-35,000 scrap from the scrap game and from crates.
