No. It means that whatever part needs replacing must be 75% or better quality to count as fixed.
And exactly that is not the truth. I have a Mark V and the owner want at leasdt 59%. I repaired his right mirror since its on the list and reapired it up to 68%.
Result: Not fixed!

Check with payment section as you add parts or complete sections of the job, tuning will only pay ~100cr over the cost of the cheapest parts.
You might get lucky with some jobs that have high payout in other sections like panel repairs but can be easy to lose money on tuning.
BTW you won't need Dyno for "Tuning Jobs", just a little maths.
A wash and detail is all the "customers" get for free.
Sometimes it can be picky had a job that needed at least 50% on parts, just happened to have a bushing at 51%, it worked. Guy was happy.
As soon as you have money to burn, you can get creative.
