Issue with mission Hinata Moon Mk 1

I have noticed with certain parts if you replace them with the same part from a different part of the car but not 100% it does not count as complete even though they are above minimum, definitely seems to be a bug as I just had to replace the camshaft, piston with conrod, spark plug and a rubber bushing even though they were all above 70%. Had to go in a second time to fix them, ended up rage quitting because the piston takes forever to get to.

That mechanic is to avoid players simply moving things around instead of replacing them. What would be the point if you could just move a bad spark plug over two spaces and pass the mission?

If I have a mission where I have to replace a part that has multiples in a car I always star them in the order screen so as to avoid this.
