story order not showing

I've recently had an issue where the story orders are not showing and several parts that i have took off are still showing up as undiscovered. has anybody else has this problem/is there a solution?

There are 30 story orders. They generate each time you reach a new character level (up to level 30).

Ok thanks!! What about 'parts not discovered still showing' I removed a camshaft (38% condition) still hasn't shown on job details... 🤷 Surely that's got to be a bad part - details under engine faults!

It's not always the parts that are 38% or so.
