Report a translation problem
The best way to check that a mod is working is by using the car showroom in the game.
If it is a mod car (like LIT's Lancer Evo or Deadbob777's Volvo 240), scroll to the last page as they appear there, not in alphabetical order like with CMS 2018.
If it is a config, find the car in the car showroom and, when you click on the car a list of the car variants will pop up and you will see if the config you subscribed to is there.
