Car Flipper Achievement

How does the "Car Flipper" achievement work? I've completely restored two cars (one from a barn and a second from the junkyard) and I also bought a car at the auction and flipped it after doing some basic maintenance but I haven't received the achievement. What am I missing?

I got it with just one car but everything was 100%. Maybe that was it

Was everything 100%? Align wheels and headlights? Car wash?

The time that I have the first car count as "Car Flipper" , the car did go to the Dyno Test, after the Lights, Wheels and Suspension Test, before it did not count, no Dyno, no count. Now I am going for the 50 cars.

So I wonder if the 50 cars requires all 50 to be 100%/alignment/dyno?

I did no dyno test and it counted.

i got car flipper without having dyno or test path. dont know if i had welder at this time too.

i know i striped every part of the car down and bought every part new. after i was done with my 100% car i got it.
the outside is 100% without welder or align.

some ppl thought that maybe the profit you get counts also.

The thing is : when I did my first car, the game did not reconize the car was flip. It was 100 %. I just did the lights and wheels alignments and Suspension and Brake test to check if all the parts on the car was there, if the car was missing a part, or more, the test will tell me the car is missing parts. No parts missing, test is a go. But no count toward the "car flipper" count. When I did the third car, after the Test, I when to do the Dyno test, and sell after it was done, THAN the car was count as "flip"

So as I am concern, I will Test and Dyno and check, and check for 100 % for every car before selling. Any car that have a lower than 100 %, will be re-check and re-install the parts that have lower than 100 %. I notice a large increase in sale price even for a part that is low than 20 CR, and give me an increase of over 1000 CR in the condition.

In the overview of the car in the menu you see in the bottom right corner the current percentage of 4 (I think) parts. If one of them is not 100% it does not count.

maybe they patched it. i got my achievment "few" days ago ^^

all i know. i hadnt dyno or test path. also i didnt know if i had welder. but for 100% bodypart it dosent count anyway. just for the money.
but you need for sure to clean the inside to get the 100% interior.

if you want to know you did everything you can look at the list where normaly the phone is for jobs. scroll to bottom. everything not done will be listet here with ??? or bad condition % parts.
also try to drive one round on the race track.

also dont forgett there was/is a bug with wheels. they dont count all the time as done. sometimes you need to reload the profile. just save go to menu reload and sell then if everything at 100%.
maybe this is why it dosent counted?

hum .... by thinking about it, my 2 first cars that did not count did not have licence plate and the third has licence plates, maybe the car was incomplete and it did not count .... maybe that is why .... Anyway ... I am still going to follow my procedures anyway. Maybe the Lambo that I sold, did not count because of a missing plate in the front.

as real locutus wrote.
look at the percent bottom right. if the licence plate isnt mounted the body isnt 100%.
but also not all cars have 2 licences plates.
just look if body stay at 100% and you will know if it counts or not.

it just has to have 100% for all parts, you technically don't even have to clean it
don't need to wheel align or headlight align it either.
just make sure the frame, interior and all parts are 100%, you don't need to paint it.

I just flipped another barn car and got the achievement this time. I must have had a part or two in my previous builds that were less than 100%.
