Will there be a final sale on this version?
When you put it on sale again, please update the game for modern systems and add multiplayer mode.
I used to play this game with my friend in the arcades. The game of my childhood.

I dont really understand what they mean, are they removing the game from our library and store?

Final sale?
What does that even mean?
Is the game coming back, or there is a chance it won't come back at all?

Final sale?

Not library (they can't do this), removing only from store.

I hate to break it to you, but Steam or Valve didn't remove the game, the developer or publisher removed it.

The publisher can't remove it, they have to request the removal from Steam, and that's what they did obviously, but before they asked for a sale. Wrong order.

The developer or the publisher either one can certainly have it removed as they are in charge of their own store pages. Valve doesn't remove games. Willy-nilly. They would get in trouble if they did. When you put a game on Steam, there is a contract between Valve, the developer and the publisher.

The publisher can actually pull the game too if they want to. This happened with the game vigil the longest night. The publisher pulled the game from Steam and it was gone for months, the developer had nothing to do with it.

Please explain why there was no sale.

Publishers and developers control the prices and also sales of their games. Not Valve. They decided not to do one. This is also in the Steamworks documentation.
