is it possible to even reach the highest tier when breaking through to golden core? i think its tier 9 突破到金丹，有没有可能达到最高境界？我认为它的第 9 层

so i'm concerned whether or not its possible to get tier 9 when breaking through to golden core i have i think all the skills for golden core and i'm using 2 pills for it and i have the fire orb that ups fire weight when breaking through golden core and the farthest i went was tier 6 and no where near tier 9 which i think is max i struggled to get to tier 6 i went through the first 2 stages in a breeze 1 stage in i think 2 turns which i think is the best you can do and the second stage in like i think 2 or 3 which is good and i had like 5 turns to get all the way up to 6 which is ok i couldn't get more then 1 ball in i got like 2 in 1 and 1 in the rest any suggestions?

there are some skills to build a better golden core. First, you can improve your "Dao of Pill" to get an unique skill called "double tolerance of pill" so you can have more pill before you break through to golden core, by the way, it's really usefull for every part of this game.
Secondly, you;d better look for more "private"(I am sorry to translate"独门" in this way) book to learn some skills. there are at least five skills to get better core in this game, and the way to get the book is not clear that you have to quest.
It's not hard to get tier 9 as you finished all steps above and using Save&Load cheat way to try more times.

i will check later if i have double tolerance of pill but i'm pretty sure i had exactly 5 skill total and i kinda skipped most of the quest lol guess i shouldn't have done that rip

hello so i check what i had for the breakthrough and i have some screen shots of what i had
so i had 2 of these pills for breakthrough

i had 4 of the fire pills https://gyazo.com/f99f34c51e78d19efed0231803bedb6c not sure if i was supposed to use the earth pill and the other different pills along with it but i was trying to main fire or sword but the school i was in was fire so i ups my fire rate
i had these technique https://gyazo.com/e93a61f0bc65712b02b7885e3954e414 not sure if one of them is the technique you mentioned "double tolerance of pill" but from what you said it seems i need to improve my "Dao of Pill" which i have no clue what that is i'm think that that's what the fire pill ups seeing what i have any advice you could give and maybe explain the dao of pill and the way to get the double tolerance of pill after you up your dao of pill?

This way you can draw six more cards when you start to break through
This is the case with other elixir used for breakthroughs, there is no need to point out double drug resistance

wait so eating the fire pills give me 6 more fire cards? so i should get all the elements and eat them for like +6 water cards and such? i thought they just made it so its easier to get that type of card? they are that op?

Yes, the effect of Ding Ding Dan is +1 in the hand at the beginning
Then the Fire Element Pill increases the chance of drawing a fire card in the final stage
Another kind of pill is Chaoyuan Pill, increase the number of cards drawn in the second stage by +1

ok thanks i didn't know you could use multiple of the ding ding dan i also look for the chaoyuan pill i'm guessing the pill recipes can be found in the auction or the actual pill on people for the chaoyuan pill?

besides the pill, make sure you don't use 大周天吐納 and 小周天吐納 too much. you got a card every turn from 大周天吐納 but it cost 6 cards, and you got a card every turn in second stage form 小周天吐納but it cost 2 cards. make sure you got enough turns left to make the cost worth it.
