Shaman's Antler Wreath helmet location?

Has anyone been able to locate this helm? looks like a direct upgrade to the antler helm.
lvl 40 Sorcery helmet in the skill menu but i can't locate any information about it anywhere.

That's the Elk Head Helm being sold in Evergreen Hearth, and the wiki doesn't even mention the existence of the Shaman's Antler Wreath.

You can see this item in-game by viewing the Sorcery Milestones at level 40. It doesn't mention any enemies dropping it, it being sold, nor it being craftable.

I haven't managed to get my hands on it either...
