Haywind Furniture Store not restocking the Storage Chest.

I think i have bought 2 or 3 Storage Chests for my houses, but now the Furniture Store is not restocking the Storage Chest, it's been 2 IRL days yet he has no stock, am i missing something?

I really want to buy one for each house, but the thing doesn't restock and i don't know how to get it other way.
