Sorry dev I like to screw around
There is the main story which seems to be fairly chunky, though I doubt it's complete, but without having a good amount to do in tandem with it just makes it feel sort of empty and boring, imo. Side quests become to infrequent, crafting and other professions don't quite have the padding as is, just going to be a better play experience waiting awhile for stuff to be added in, certainly a few fairly large bugs here and there too that time will help with.
If you only focus on MSQ, you have probably 20 hours of gameplay (right now) if you know what you're doing.
When you complete Haywire you will most probably have around level 20 in one or two combat skills.
Second part, Thornhll city and related quests, seems incomplete. The difficulty level increases exponentially here. It starts at level 20 and then jumps to level 35+. Seems a lot of side quests are missing here.
Overall i would say that there are a solid of 15 hours of main gameplay, without counting the hours to farm skills
Indie devs that don't communicate with players are never a good sign, you would expect that kind of behaviour from mega corps that don't care about player, only care about money. I feel scammed.
The main story questline is complete. Skills are currently capped at lvl 50, but that's likely to increase before full release. There's a bunch of side quests and other content, less towards the end game as mentioned but that's going to be our focus moving forward, planning to do at least 2-3 content updates per month once we get all the initial issues sorted out.
Can you estimate how many hours of story overall?
Thank you
You can say the same thing about every single game if you only follow the main campaign, also the game is in EA so it's obvious that the game is shorter now than it will be on full release.
Games only 10 quid to so really lol, i will very easily get my 10 quid's worth.
Could understand a bit more about this thread if you was about to spend 40-50 quid but for a game barely over a tenner seems a little silly tbh.
Thank you, you make a good point. It is a very low priced game and I am really looking forward to it. To just get lost in a good adventure.
