Nvm I found it in the wiki. The UI is a maze im slowly learning.

This might be true. Hitting escape doesnt bring the menu up. I have another question, how does communisim help me in a town. Is just to make it easier to win the people over when you roll in with your army of ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥? apparently the word ♥♥♥♥♥♥ is a bad word on steam...?

If you have a high enough influence over a district, he may join you automatically when you have an army on it, without need to spend 3 QI points to reclaim it.
