Lucy Outfits Not Working?

I selected the outfits for all the characters that can have a different outfit, including Lucy, but when I select her school outfit, I only see it right before I start the game and she doesn't have it on the field; even after wiping when I start a new run, the game has the default selected. Is this a glitch or am I missing something (I remember you use to walk up to the mirror to change outfits, but that option isn't there anymore).

The same happens to me, New Semester Lucy's DLC Skin is not working properly. Also, if you go back to the ark and rest on Lucy's bed, it comes back to default. Summer/Beach outfit, works fine for me tho. I didnt buy the cat skin yet so I can't give it a try, but seem related to the school one. Any solutions???
