Lucy skills permanently blocked vs Azar phase 2

Hello.

During the second phase of Azar's boss fight, I chose the option to block Lucy's skills for one of the ultimate swords, then destroyed the sword with my next spell (Selena's Shooting Star if I remember correctly), and then the debuff on Lucy stayed permanently, locking me from winning this fight since I couldn't use Lucy's finishing move with Azar at 1hp.

... and again when I retried the fight. (in phase 2 again, not sure if it matters) This time I didn't kill the sword right away. I used both the fixed abilities of Silverstein (Ricochet Shot) and Ironheart (Weapon Breaker) in that order, and Lucy stays locked out of her skills anyway.

Same issue here except for phase 1. Used a Vitality Scroll before the fight and the icon kept flashing in and out at bottom right as well.
