Momori unlocks way too late

After starting a new save, I've unlocked Momori after 25 runs. Whereas everyone else has been unlocked after, like, 5 runs? I think the requirement to unlock her is too harsh and should be lowered to, say, 3 friendships?
You might do it slightly faster if you *know* who likes what gift, but I've wanted to figure it out by myself and it took forever. Or if you specifically pursue this goal, and always take the same investigators. But if you just play 'normally', it takes quite a lot of time, even with high win rate.

Yeah, I've started playing again after not playing for a while because I wanted to try the new content and I'm not even close to unlocking her. The fact you can only give a few gifts per run, that you need the right items for the characters on your team and that you need to do it 3 times for 5 of them is much harder/longer than any other character unlock.

It doesn't help that some characters don't even have gifting implemented yet...

I don't think you need the preferred items to get the friendship up, but I still agree that it should be lowered from 5 investigators to 3. A new player would probably be spending their credits on Lucy upgrades instead of gift items & the bosses don't drop gift items that frequently.

She's the final Investigator. I don't mind that there's 1 character out of 20 that unlocks into post game.
Though I wouldn't be opposed to 5->3 max levels either.

Yeah, but unless you really like the game and willing to spend dozens of hours into it, by the time you unlocked Momori, you prolly already have enough of the game. Having an extra character wouldn't really change the game much for you

Here’s what I did at the advise of someone on discord. Repeatedly do a run till 2-1 then reset. On Expert, you will get 7 ark credits, with 6 needed to buy a preferred gift each time. Check the guide for the preferred list.
