Stuck on pixelated screen when loading into boss fight.

Not sure if it's just for this boss fight or not but I reloaded my save after some months and after the cut-scene I'm stuck on the blue and white pixelated screen and I can hear the music and see the UI in the upper left half of the screen. Is there a fix for this? I kinda don't want to restart the run but I can if I have to.

Just the game and the DLC. It's starting to look like I gotta end the 4 hour run lol.

Same problem here, installed after months thinking "Oh i never finished this one" i'm in the last battle after the dialogue everythin is just pixelated too and isn't possible to interact or even call the menu.
I never tried any MOD =(
