Kinda poor performance on pc?

Does anyone else get this like when you move around it's kinda stuttery and not smooth, also when the enemy attacks you the game lags for like half a sec sometimes does anyone else get this? Tried messing around with alot of the settings nothing seems to work.

I haven't experienced much stuttering, but the game does not seem to be well optimized, and it chews up a lot of CPU. If I alt-tab out of the game to another application like to my web browser, just typing is very slow. I've got a RTX 3090, and AMD Ryzen 3950X and 128GB of RAM although I am using Proton which might be part of the issue for me.

its def not smooth, frame pacing is pretty bad but its playable its not just you.

it was pretty bad at 60 fps for idk whats wrong with it....thou the game is smoother for me when i am at 144 fps lol. nvidia settings seem to be screwing with it for me but idk what

So I did some testing, and it's 100% the engine causing these issues. The game is displaying perfect frame pacing lines in special K.

game runs better at 144+ fps but its still not smooth. in game engine seems to be running sub 30fps from what i can tell from the blur and spacing of stutters.

Bizarrely, I fixed this by putting V-Sync on. Then my AMD tools automatically throttled it to 60 FPS (I have it set to do that where possible) and it seems great.

60 FPS is the most stable one.

In dialogue scenes where nothing is happening or combat scenes, pretty frequent dips to 5 fps

im getting the worse lag, with a 3060ti(I canrun the newest games at 60 fps) Not this game. It ran fine at first, But now i cant get more then 10 frames, its unplayable, clearly there is some sort of technical problem on the games end, But nothing I change in settings seems to be fixing it.

anyone think this will get fixed or is it a engine/unity issue? I have tried it on several pcs but it has stutter when walking around the map on all of them.
