Old Story [Before 1.6 EA Update]

Is there a plan to include the old story that focuses more on the characters in real life when they were working as researchers, such as Haru in the finished game, or was that storyline scrapped ?

I remember there is a playable backstory.
I vaguely remember it reach the point where Phoenix appear and want everyone vote who to be master

Can I confirm? Which version should I play if I want to see this old content? 1.5 or 1.6? Found a way to download previous patches. Title says "Before 1.6", but 1.6 update is called Fate. So which one?

I hope the developer really use another game to explore the backstory of this game.
So I will wait and sit tight

Yeah I really enjoyed the little we got of Fate; I'd love to see it expanded x.x Some of the character moments we're now missing were really nice, too.
