So, the dummy skills are basically generated in there to let him attack you - they aren't actually your cards, and have no effect on your draws or anything. If you read the description of the deflect skill, you can see that (IIRC) spending mana on cards will raise where the deflect is in your hand. The gimmick is you need to try and raise it above as many cards as you can (including the dummy ones) to stop him from doing as much damage to you.

is easy for me to put them on top the defl,ec, but as i dont have cards to play (only dummys) i cant do damage

The only advice I can give there is try and keep your deck with as little fighter cards as possible, and make sure you get a good enough number of Lucy Draw Skills, to try and mitigate only getting 2 cards on your turn.

That phase is very much a deck check. Usually, if you have a cheap, efficient deck with good card draw, then you can actually empty your hand quickly and not have to use Dummies to avoid Sword Wave. It's very rare that you should have to resort to using the Dummies themselves

i always go whit 30 plus cards, i but skillbooks all the time, i go whit 4+ draw cards, is jsut spaming maybe 6-7 dummys and then 2 cards for use.

Do you mean 30+ investigator cards in the deck? That's too many, it means you take far longer to get to the "best" cards and your draw skill to investigator skill ratio is worse. No wonder you get Dummied by Azar. I assume you play without BM, so at 20 investigator skills (5 each) with 5 draw 20% of your deck is draw skills. Fair chance to get one, and if you get one, you may get another. At 30, that's less than 15%, and since only 2 are drawn and one can be swapped, that's not good. You have more, so it's worse.
Even if you mean you have 30+ total, considering you have 4+ (so 5?) draws and no BM that's still the wrong ratio if Azar's dummies are so much of a constant issue. Sometimes the deck is just randomly arranged in a way you can't help having issues, but it shouldn't be happening every time. Cut the fat from your deck, remove unneeded cards. You're also unlikely to need 8 mana, I find it an overkill most of the time.
As long as you're above the limit (5, or 6 with BM) you can freely remove cards (if they're without downgrade/upgrade) by right clicking them and usually the less cards you have, the more likely you will be to draw the right one.

In BM 4 u have minimun of 7 skills per character, plus the draw cards and the BM cards u got easy 30+.... and is not other way to arrive to azar than BM for me, casue i like hard game, but thats not mean unfair game.

That changes things, I also play pretty much exclusively on BM4. Yeah, your deck gets inflated, sometimes things can't be helped if Blood Mist stuns at the wrong time, but try to go for 7 mana and more draws. You seem to have no problems with "using" the mana or lacking it, and having 1 less mana can be up to 2 additional draws or 1 draw 1 level up. Only 5 draws considering you get a free rare Lucy draw from beating the second boss in the Graveyard is not enough. Whenever I got 8 it was just too much and sacrificed too many other strengths of the team

BM3 sets you to 6 minimum skills per investigator, not 7. You need 7 skills to forget one. Strictly speaking, unless you need a specific combo to pop off, it shouldn't matter how many cards if most of your skills & fixed skills are good. Sounds like you're always taking cheap cards and going for 8 mana which is bad.
If you want actual advice, you could post your actual builds here, although admittedly, screenshotting them all is a pain.

Make sure you're not excluding half your deck via one of his attacks during the first phase. Second phase he'll also exclude any cards not safe during the deflect.
