I don't think Chrono Ark needs it, TBH only Slay the Spire has really good mods, because a game needs to be exceedingly popular to get that. Still, it's always pretty neat!

Aside from popularity, I think this game is moddable, like characters, relics, items, mobs, bosses, there are so many things to add through mods. But like you said, it needs popularity.
