What Universe is this one?

Out of Curiosity I'm aware the SCP Idea is free to be used and interpreted but also that there are some specific universes, just how some SCPs are present in their respective timelines, as such I wanted to ask if this one had anything to do with Broken Masquerade Universe since in the beginning it mentioned a data breach that cause the Foundation to do this? if so, fantastic cause it doesn't get used as much as I want, or if its a 5000 Pre travel Universe and hence why there is a whole emergency situation, if its just your idea you guys are geniuses

hoping to buy it soon since I need a PC first for it

possibly similar to Broken Masquerade but it did say the data breach was anomaily related but i am not full lore nerd so not entirly sure
