Transition to Collapsed Tunnels removed all items

I thought maybe it was for story reasons until I watched a stream and noticed the guy still had all his items, including the PDA I needed to progress so now I can't progress either

This is a bug we are working to fix right now, I'll probably make an announcement with the patch notes once it and some crashing are solved
