I support any game that is great :-)
Can you please tell me how many hours of content is there in the game? Thank you
There's a wiki that covers pretty much everything you need to know I think! Though it never hurts to ask others about it! Especially with how bad my explanation was...
The SCP Foundation is a universe created by different people and writers from all around the world, and you can read it for free on the internet.
Here's a summary:
The SCP Foundation is a secret international division that Secures, Contains and Protects the humans from anomalies (SCP = Secure, Contain, Protect).
The Foundation has ultra-secure and hidden bases in different places on Earth as well as a station on Mars.
There is a whole army (different groups of soldiers) working for the SCP Foundation and trained to deal with anomalies, as well as scientists.
When an anomaly escapes its containment (yeah it happens sometimes), it's called a "Containment Breach" and this is the highest level of danger. Some anomalies are very powerful and can destroy a city, while other anomalies are harmless.
What is an anomaly? An anomaly is a creature, object, or place that is not "normal" because it does not follow the laws of physics and biology and is therefore dangerous to humanity.
SCP: Fragmented Minds takes place on Mars. An incident happened and we woke up alone at the station. We need to find our team but it seems that some anomalies have escaped their containment... We need to survive and find a way out.
It's not a walking simulator: you need to run and sometimes you need to fight anomalies.

it's more along the lines of dead space and alien isolation combined. Definitely not a walking sim by any stretch
You're playing as an MTF soldier literally one of the foundations trained combatants and seem to have some form of trauma this isn't that far from any other scp story, there's plenty of short films and written works based on this kind of idea.
only new thing is the setting location but again if you have read any of the more in depth works it's not the far fetched or new.
This is very subjective, of course.
-For some players, it will be a lot of SCP monsters everywhere, chasing you.
-For others, it will be an FPS or a tactical FPS.
-Another group will want a more linear game with a good atmosphere and few SCP anomalies chasing you.
-Or a tactical survival/ambient horror.
-Others will prefer a game only in co-op, just to have a good laugh with friends and have a good time with them.
-etc.
I'm more than happy with this SCP: Fragmented Minds for now because it corresponds to what I like in video games: an excellent horror atmosphere that is quite immersive (and without jumpscares everywhere), a good narration and lore, great graphics and voice acting, not too much chase (even if there are SCPs), survival, weapon/item system and a first-person view.
AAAaaand I really felt like I was in this SCP Foundation universe.
That's my jam!
In addition, there is a difference between watching someone else play a game and playing it yourself. When you're playing (with headphones, no phone or TV to distract you, lights OFF, etc.), you ARE in the game, and the feeling can be very different than when you're watching someone else play. This doesn't mean you'll like the game, of course. I'm just trying to explain that we can consider a game "meh" when we preview it, and be pleasantly surprised when we actually play it....if that fits the genre of video games you enjoy.
Finally, this is the 1st chapter, and it acts as a kind of introduction to this universe, the beginning of our story, and also a tutorial (to understand how the game works and the possibilities it can offer us later).
