What I do here is to light tap the throttle to initiate a low angle drift that preserves more speed on less tight corners and use the brakes during very tight corners, especially during the 5 consecutive hairpins. Generally, corners with warning lights and roads with red lines at the apex are indicators of where you should either tap or hold the brakes so you don't hit the wall/snow. Also, you should avoid braking too much, always hit the apex, and do a clean exit without much momentum loss.
In any case, it is very important to avoid any collisions that kills your momentum since that will effectively end your run because of the abysmal acceleration this car has (light wall graze should be fine). With more practice on the track, you will eventually pass it so good luck!
