Just to be clear: bug busting is a constant "maintenance" work for the developers, until every last DLC is published and the game is as bug free as it possibly could with the available resources.
If you find a bug and you want it to be addressed:
Taking care of the bugs is a matter of course ~ with the huge size of the game and the complexity you can help the developers by submitting bug reports.
The developers will not let you down in that regards~
Also, you are welcome to support my suggestion to improve the handling of bugs between community and developers ~

Still no offline installer for the patch 1.1.5f.
https://ibb.co/23F4qYH
I would understand if it is because of holidays already. But when you released the patch it was one week ago. That kinda makes it hard for GOG.com users to be understanding since it is not the first time there was such an issue with patches.
Due to the multiple experiences (patches via offline installers were often missing for days, no beta access, no forums moderation, no forums support, etc.) in the past there has sum up a lot of critiques by players who bought the game via GOG.com feeling heavy disadvantage compared to Steam players.
Also, there is right now the issue with players unable to download the game.

It would make people outright unhappy if because of the issues they are unable to enjoy the game through the holidays. I am hoping the latest patch at least will fix that issue.
And hopefully it will not be like once, when one patch inbetween was missing, making the latest patch as offline installer useless without the previous one which was not available for a day or two.
Yeah, I know. I am just letting you know about the situation over there. Because it feels otherwise you and the other community managers do not know.
When MetaPub was active for a while, the patches were available almost simultanously like on Steam. With no developer marked user currently active on GOG.com forums it looks abandoned again over there.
Then it is a mod issue..... Not Owlcats.

You are almost correct with that. Holidays in most of Europe, Poland included, starts officially with the 25th December. But it is custom that the 24th of December and the 31st of December are vacation days.
A lot of people started their vacation this week.
And I know that the Russia Federation has their holidays around the 6th of January if I recall it right?
The issue with that logic is only: the missing patch is from last week.
Putting that aside, a lot of other games on GOG.com seem to get their patches very fast and reliably. Even these days. (you can tell by the screenshot - the offline installer for the game got updated, but the patch is missing)
If I would be representing the community it would sound something like this:
Dear developers,
since release we players who have bought your game via GOG.com have issues of not getting the offline installers in time, which is an essential part of why we bought it there and not from Steam. We keep complaining regularly towards GOG.com but to no avail. Could you use your influence as developer and help us making GOG.com release the patches in reliable time frames?
It would be good to know what time frame you -as developers- consider good, between your regular release and when the offline installer should be available at latest.
If GOG.com keeps making us players wait, would you consider making an official statement in favour for us players and punish GOG.com? Each unhappy player there is one avoidable unhappy customer for both of you, after all.
Cheers and happy holidays

By the end of the day ~ what GOG.com is really missing is a community manager who makes us players feeling and actually being supported. It would make a hard difference with the mood among your fans who support you via GOG.com.
What do you think, galagraphia?
Mods are not guaranteed to work after a patch. As with any game...
What will be up next. Can we expect items fixing soon?
Lots of stuff didn't work as description and it make early game harder for no reason.
For example the bless weapon, good weapon alignment potion&scroll.
As of last patch it show up correctly buff, but damage still got reduce. Especially Nabusa & Vrock in the market. The only thing work with those is bless weapon from Seelah.
