BUGGED Quest: Blood Whispers

I have Wenduag as a teammate, and Blood Whispers tells me to "Prevail in the Battle", which I have already done, many many hours ago.. Nothing updated, and the quest wont advance.. I have come back to Savamelekh mansion several times, i have spoken to Wenduag at my camp, and nothing changes.. Im to the point now where all I have remaining in Act 4, is to go meet with Nocticula..

What am I missing? I cannot find help anywhere online

Lann was killed in the Duel in the caves, in the previous chapter

Wenduag is my romance option during this evil play through, so I do NOT want to leave this as a failed quest, as I wont ever play evil with Wenduag as a romance again.

I saw one mention on reddit about enemy AI running through a door that is inaccessible, at the top of the steps in the mansion.. This also happened to me, so I turned on RTWP mode, and they all came back out.. Combat then ended.. I have since tried casting spells into this door/wall, and nothing is registering

This is halting my progress entirely.. I cannot leave the Abyss, without failing this major questline

I had a similar experience at the wedding meadow in act 3. Not sure what to recommend, other than try from an earlier save.

Unfortunately, this quest was done many hours ago, and I did not realize it had not advanced.. The questlog popup has an extreme delay, sometimes not popping up on screen until the next cut scene, or area change.
