Military Points - how do i get them?

i am at lvl 5 for all stats except military in act 5, didn't really look what exactly raised each stat. But now i'm sitting at mil 4, all enemy armies are defeated. Does anybody know how i can earn more points?

Try buying armies.

recruiting units is the only fool-proof way, tons of em, mercs and normal ones.

1st time i finished the game i got stuck at lvl-6 Army and smth else. It just buged and didn't move anywhere though i had like 500,000 of required 40,000 to lvl it up.

Ya I'm stuck here too, I was rampaging ahead with my Army, not sure how the mechanics worked (because they never freaking tell you) so I ran my Army into a far better army of..Fly's I think, like 5-6 groups of 90 and got wiped out. I came back with my 2nd army, finished off the fly's but then no more people were joining my army, and resources coming in are far to scarese to use mercs. Not sure what I did wrong, but now both my flags are red, nothing comeing in and demon forts have my party blocked.....so, end game?>

It's bugged after the last patch. You won't receive any army, leadership, or diplomacy points.
