Storms Peak - Crusade Quests

So, i finished the Midnight Fane, had a lovely time with the Playful Darkness and it`s gimmick of doing god knows what and low diffing my entire party in a matter of nanoseconds, then when i finally finished all that and entered the Abyss, which i imagine is what truly kicks off Act 4, i receive news on my journal that i had failed a quest called Storms Peak, which is a Crusade Quest, so, i reloaded before the Midnight Fane invasion and decided to try to get this to trigger or something, killed every single demon on the overworld, at least the ones i can reach, the ones near Forgotten Secrets and Final Veil, which you can go to with your main party cause of portals, can`t be reached with the crusaders, and then i combed the map 10x over and literally nowhere to go and no events to access on the crusade management map.

I believe that i had to have a military council trigger since the quest mentioned the general that we discuss on those, but no such luck yet.

Can anyone shed some light on this event for me?

There's supposed to be a fort on map, but I can't find it, it's not mentioned anywhere online either. I've had my armies march across the entire map after I was told to go and storm it, and it just doesn't seem to exist.

It just randomly popped for me as having destroyed it, despite me not finding any location with its name on the map, and it definitely not being a fort I've captured.

Yeah, i did some time skipping to increase my rank in the military and a normal demon mob appeared in the map, i killed them and it counted as complete, even though they were hella weak and not a fort.
