Does anybody know how to decide DC of mythic ability?

The Saving Throw DC of my Arcanist 9/Aeon 3 character's enforcing gaze ability is 23
and I noticed that when you got 4th Mythic Rank, the DC changes to 25, So I guess it somewhat like 10 + 7 + (Mythic rank *2), but I don't know that 7 is came from.

First I thought some ability modifiers are related, but it wasn't. Int, Cha, all of this ability has no effect on saving throw dc of this particular mythic ability.

Hmm, my character's Int modifier is the highest, +6. And I tried to enhance the ability to have +7 modifier, but it has no effect on the DC of that mythic ability. So I think those are irrelevant.

I have no idea. I just beat Drezen as a monk and chose the aeon path. I gained 3 spells and I have no idea where the spellcasting modifier comes from here.
