That said, the con to cha is really late game, so it's not something I'd plan a build around.
When you become a full lich yes.
I'm confused, lots of other players say that you don't become an undead when you become a lich.
A full lich is lvl 8?
Your alignment can change, what happens at that point depends on story decisions you made and your relationship with the person who helps you become a lich. However, low Charisma is not *that* much of an issue as your own ability that buffs Str/Dex/Cha for nearby undead works on you and an enhancement bonus from equipment brings it to a respectable amount.
That being said, lich combos better with a full caster with non-negative Charisma, so you get the mythic spells earlier on. Me being a half caster, I didn't have that option anyway.
If you are doing the lich path and you are worried you won't like how it ends up, just keep a save so you can opt into stuff like Living Legend or whatever else you have unlocked, when you get the option to stop being a lich.
