So I am currently doing the fight in the Ziggurat, and all the enemies I am putting down, a couple of them keep getting back up, is this suppose to happen?

It's a bug, I found a way around it by running away, luring one of the reviving enemies to the other section, kill him, then quickly exit the area once the game thinks I'm disengaged from combat.

Pause when you leave combat, then save and reload, that should clear the bug and que the cutscene
