Ability and Spell Tab Scrolling?
If you get too many abilities/spells the Tabs expand out of the UI. These menus are static and, there is no way to scroll through them as far as I know. The open and close feature is at the top so once the Tab expands beyond the UI there is no way to scroll or access the spell level tabs on the side of the spell menu. Anyone else have this issue?

I'm looking for a mod to fix this but, have been unsuccessful.

Not necessarily an issue, but something desired by the community to have more hotbars. And yes, the UI surely could be better, if you think of other games. Especially MMOs are great examples to deal with a more complex UI.

A recent thread was here, I think : https://steamcommunity.com/app/1184370/discussions/0/2963922521560709524/

More Bars would not solve this issue. The problem is with too many abilities/spells causing the Tabs to extend beyond the UI and there is no way to scroll the Tab list. So any abilities/spells that are outside the UI become inaccessable. Normally it wouldn't be a problem but, with so many spells/abilities in WotR it can become so at later levels.
Lack of hot bars is a separate issue. The only way to even add an ability to the hot bar is to click and drag it from the ability tab into the hot bar. Since the only way to use an ability is to select it from the hot bar or the ability pop up, this can cause some characters to permanently loose access to those abilities.

There's a work around for closing the UI at least. Opening and closing a less populated tab such as the item belt on the affected character or different character entirely will close the overpopulated tab.

There's at least two ways to improve the UI:
Allow scrolling and/or pagination in the popup tabs.
Let us edit the hot bars from our character sheet/spell book screens.

Those are good ideas. Indeed. Regardless of forums replies I encourage you to submit your suggestions. You can do that ingame via the reporting tool by pressing ALT+B.

Mark it as... I think "mechanics" aspect and as suggestion.
The more people do that the more likely it gets implemented.

I found a way to clumsily cycle through abilities by deleting stuff off the bar and shape shifting.

That sounds creative.

After looking through most of the abilities in the game. It seems to me that several variable abilities should be made into pop outs in order to save space on the abilities tab.

An example would be the Transmutation ability to grant a bonus to a physical stat since you can only use one at a time if this was put on a pop out it would save 2 squares on the ability task bar. There are at least dozens of abilities that are seperated like this that could be combine to save space in the abilities tab.

There is a serious need to a QA pass on the UI to reduce ability bloat. Also I think it would be better to add a new Tab that only handles Abilities gained from Shape Shifts.

Not to mention the Alchemist's cognatogens/potions, where even on low levels it would save up 5 spaces on the tab, and then it really gets crazy when you get greater potion/cognatogens, which add an extra 12 dilutions to it, especially since you're most likely only going to ever use 2 of them.

I'd much prefer an option to scroll or resize the tabs (gib more columns), but grouping together a bunch of abilities that share the same pool makes sense as a first step, especially since it's an already included feature with kineticist (hence it's probably relatively easily moddable).
Or you could have the hotbars overlayed on the abilities menu and make them draggable from from there, or just make a separate "hotbar customization" menu.

Many games give you additional horizontal hotbars when you hold shift, alt, or ctrl. Would be great to see that happen with Wrath at some point, either officially or through a mod.

A completely new section for mythic abilities would be helpful as well

I also had this problem the only solution I know is to use mods.
ToyBox has an option make the tabs wider in the Bag of Tricks Menu under the Quality of Life section. The other solution is to use Spell Pouch which adds the option to bundle spells into a single slot. Both of these Mods can be found on nexusmods.
Spell Pouch: https://www.nexusmods.com/pathfinderwrathoftherighteous/mods/333
Toy Box: https://www.nexusmods.com/pathfinderwrathoftherighteous/mods/8

Just a note, if you have your mouse pointer over the spell/skill bar, you can scroll through the bars with the mouse wheel.

I had this problem on my legend run-through. Fortunately, I think all the abilities that can't be fit on the central bar can be found on the far left abilities bar.
