does the weakening wound feat work? was it fixed?

I read that weakening wound does not seem to show up in the enemy info and does not seem to work at all (ie, no damage resistance change). Is that true? Was it maybe fixed in an update? Thanks

1. Are you testing the damage via the rogue's attacks?

2. The buff is invisible in the UI.

Hi, have you tested the damage, does it work for you? I am thinking to take the feature for a slayer archer, but I would like to only choose it if it actually works, there are a lot of reports that it doesn't...
