Come and get me
Disclaimer: This is just for a fun build, it does not have to be strong or be able to pull through the game at higher difficulties. So don't worry about that.

I like the idea of a main character that stands in the middle of the tide, defending and striking back.

Hence why the "Come and get me" Rage Power seems so interesting. If I understand it correctly (didn't try it yet), it allows the character to strike back with an AoO even though the enemy would not even hit (or damage) the character. This is important. Otherwise you could use an Aldori Defender but he only strikes back when hit.

Of course it also gives minus 4 AC and 4 more damage you take, so you will have to work with this, but see the disclaimer.

My important questions here are now:

1. Does it really strike back even when enemies miss? (without that the build will not work)

2. Are there ways to force an enemy to attack a specific character? The only one I know is "scapegoat" but that is very limited in number of uses and by the fact that it only affects one enemy of the time. But if I can not force a bunch of enemies to attack (and get hit back in return) my MC it wouldn't be as fun.

There's still a limit of AoOs per turn. You get one. You can increase it with Combat reflexes, and again with Ever Ready mythic power.

So you may very well end up in a situation where they kill you because they have more swings than you have AoOs.

Oh I am aware of the limit. Question is though if you can ever make sure enemies attack you often enough to even get to this limit (of course assuming you take Combat Reflexes and other AoO stuff).

I saw today that Azata has one of her songs that can force enemies to attack a companion, so maybe this could be the way to do it. Would mean MC as a bard (for more song rounds) I guess.

Those Marilith demons have like 6+ attacks each. Not exactly hard to be swung against, lots and lots of times, especially if you purposely lower your AC to make yourself easier to damage.

But can this power strike them as many times as AoO are available (i.e. not just once like other sources of AoO are often limited to) and will it strike back wether the character is hit or not (i.e. not like other revenge AoO which require you to be hit).

Because only under these two conditions it would even make sense to try. And I don't wanna make a new game just to find out that it won't work at all.
