My advice would be, if you're using arcane for the offense and divine for defense and support. You don't need to worry about pumping in the stats for divine too high because defense and support spell effectiveness is not really dependent on the ability score (they don't really require saves). You only need enough to cast the highest-level of spells you would get for divine (10 + spell level), and you'll probably end up equipping a headband of mental perfection anyway.
If you absolutely want to use Charisma for both, Oracle is your best bet. It's not mandatory to take Bones as a mystery if you're going Lich. Though Armor of Bones is a pretty good revelation early game since you probably won't be wearing armor.
As for channeling, in the rules for tabletop, they don't stack, but you get separate pools of channel energy uses.
