No matter what class you choose, if it has an animal companion from level 1, they will all "grow" the boar to large size @ 7.

Since you cannot buy a "real" boar mount like in the paper game, you are stuck with classes who give you a companion like cavalier beastrider.

But if you don't "stick" to cavalier, the level gap between your mount and you will be too high and the boar will get one shotted before long.

In all cases, you should take a class that gives you companion levels at least within 3 levels of yourself, so you can "fix" the gap with the appropriate feat.

The archtypes for hunter mostly seem to give up the powerful Hunter class feature of sharing teamwork feats with your mount. I'd be wary of this as these can be quite powerful when combined with the pack tactics you get from 2 Mad Dog. For 3 levels of Hunter you can get an animal aspect for your mount and teamwork feat sharing. For 8 levels of Hunter you can get 2 animal aspects, several teamwork feats, and more effective animal aspects (these are free toggles that give your mount enhancement bonuses to Str, Dex, Con, etc of your choice)

Feat - Boon Companion:

Your bond with your animal companion is unusually close. The abilities of your animal companion are calculated as though your class were 4 levels higher, to a maximum effective level equal to your character level.
