The final quest before that Act gets concluded is the assault on Drezen. That will earliest happen after Lost Chapel and after you got rid of an enemy fort in front of Drezen and not earlier.
There was somewhere a list... I wonder if I can find it again...
There you go.

I think I'm getting closer then. Currently I'm saving "Know your enemy" to do last, just did the weird Wintersun quest (Oh boy that one was grotesque lol) and have left the Blackwater Clan, Broken Soul (Still waiting for the results?), the Price of Wisdom (Google says I can do that after Know Your Enemy) and finishing Vengeance for Sarkoris.
The Exile is not advancing for whatever reason, I decided the give her the benefit of doubt and let her live and not rat her out. The rest is just a bunch of companion quests and misc stuff.
So as I understand the list, at some point I can choose to finish the chapter? So that one is going to be after I beat all the demon armies lurking on the crusade map currently? And looking at the Act 4 spoiler am I safe to assume that this current area is not where the whole game takes place? Thank you for always answering me :)
People might say that there is a timer for a secret ending or something like that. But they are mistaken about it being a timer. It is more a time frame which repeats anually from what I know.
In theory, you can make the gameplay mechanics work for you by delaying you tackling the finishing quests of each chapter as long as you want. You do not need to proceed right away in the act you are in right now, despite the narrative might want to push you.
You could take all the time you want. But either way, play the way you have most fun with and you are good. Nothing will suddenly pop and say "game over" just because you play the game in the pace you want to enjoy it.
Only those enemy armies can be an issue. But with enough time, you get to understand why and why they are not really a threat.
If you like to know anything else, feel free to ask. Me and your other fellow Pathfinders are around, so we hopefully can enjoy the game even more by helping each other and chatting together about it.
I wish you a great adventure!
