Daeran needs more love

I dont' understand people who say he's meh and a jerk and what's not. Yeah, he has more venom in him than an average cobra, but couldn't you see from, like, the first glance, that he isn't being actually hateful or malicious when he spits it? Hell, you'd know when Daeran really dislikes someone (and not just acting like he normally does because he likes to acts like a jerk). Like, take his interactions with Staunton or Arue.
And I won't even compare him with other characters, and I'm tempted... Alright, just a little. Yes, he's better than Camellia on moral front. It would be hard to find someone who isn't. Even if we just take her surface personality into account, she acts like a total stuck-up: nice to nobles, b*tchy towards most anyone else. Daeran just acts like a jerk towards everyone. Equality.
BUT, he also has soft spots, too. You can dig deep enough to actually reach his heart. Hell, even if you don't, he at least has these soft spots towards Ember and Woljin (from what I found playing).

He's pretty good but tbh if you don't romance him there's not much to him. I had his romance running in the beta and I could really appreciate the guy but this time round he seems barely there :/

Off topic after reaching Drezen Roses, tub, ring, not-a-date + dream, check note + tell him about note Anything more?

I feel like my previous MC was banging his head with Galfrey (still my love forever n ever) while this one is sitting back on velvet pillows with Daeran spoiling him 24/7. An interesting change :)

Sry for spamming but... I really REALLY do wanna make them. Been stuck on my mind for ages. With wings and flaming swords and the lot. Galfrey would make a great Angel. But... meh...

Back to Daeran I am wondering if I romance him and go to hell if he will join. I know Reg does :)

imo daeran is too chaotic for hell
and dislikes demon too much fo abyss, but~

Tbh he doesn’t do anything that horrible during the campaign. I know that Reg is unsmiling and probably most residents in Hell could be considered boring but imagine the power struggles and the intrigue :)

Up to this point he has not clashed with my LE guy. He just mumbled about the Aion n tbh I agree it’s a snooze fest but it was the best way to Hell.
