Shroud of the Eternal Hunger or web strider

Does shroud work on classes using aspect of falcon? both are great choices but unsure what stacks as in theory the shroud shouldnt stack with amulet of natural attacks but seen someone mention it does which would make that best in slot for shifter but if it works with a ranged character aswell with aspect of falcon would make it better that web strider with its +2 dex moral.
