Best walkthrough guide for Act 5 if anyone needs it
Right here:

https://gamefaqs.gamespot.com/ps4/324475-pathfinder-wrath-of-the-righteous/faqs/80843/chapter-5-city-of-locusts

10/10

Same for previous acts. Nothing comes close to how well organised and orderly and detailed this one is.

It's an excellent guide, just note that it doesn't contain all the mythic path-specific quests.

GameFAQs has been goated since the 90s, glad to see guides for modern games on it too.

I concur found it a very useful guide. I used to use GameFAQs walkthroughs back in the day.

This effin dumbly made game tho, if you don't follow the dev's retarded plan of turning left or right and miss out a few things before reaching the Angel, it fuks you're whole game. What a bunch of idiot devs to design all these quests and if everyone is gonna follow their crap.

Hence the concept of "choices matter". What you do, and don't do, and the order in which you do or don't do so. effects the game - surprise.

Sure choices should matter, for sure 100%, but not a stoopid dumb choice like turning left instead of right in a dungeon and missing on the angel's heart. Or lletting the queen die. Or a million other times that a right instead of a left costed you something, That's fkin dumb.

Heh, I just cleared that dungeon last night and missed out on Dawnflower's Kiss because I failed one diplomacy check. ♥♥♥♥ like that is just annoying imo. I reloaded but my latest save was from like 20 minutes earlier. Got so annoyed I set the difficulty to story mode and cleared out the rest of the dungeon that way.

LOL, how many times this happens to me too and I'm sure others.

For this dungeon, it's pretty obvious where the BBEG is. Isn't it standard protocol to explore everything before initiating that encounter? As for "wrecking the game" - it's just a different outcome (admittedly, a poor outcome for an Angel path character).

There is something after that's intentionally not obvious, though.

This is true too. I went back afterwards and couldn't believe I missed a whole path lol. Also, that lich dude waiting for you at the end of a long dining table, creepy as they come, hadn't noticed him. Well played, well played.

Reasonable point there. Different area (Pulura's Falls), but I missed the entire library area because I didn't notice a path back there. Didn't rotate the camera (or at least not for long enough for me to notice).
