I have the same issue with class picking. Always new ideas. I have so many unfinished playthroughs because of it. ;)
Base Hunter is inferior compared to his archetypes. Not much to say.
Divine Hound is ok. You get Outflank as soon as lvl 2, and share it with your pet at lvl 3. You get a best pet, which is a dog (overbuffed with last patch, downright overpowered). You get Judgements which are welcome and permanent with mythic. You keep spell casting and Hunter Tactics, which is great (since pets are feat starved). You get no Animal Focus, which could further buff your pet and yourself with attributes.
As a Sacred Huntsmaster you lose Judgements, which is bad. You gain Favoured Enemy, which is welcome. You get Bane and spellcasting which is nice. Plus hunter tactics will help your pet with feat economy.
A religious would be Divine Hunter. He is not as powerful as other two - he is more like base Hunter, but with domains (kinda like Cleric but more nature-themed).
