Most powerful (least gimped?) build that rides a raptor.

So, my current class fantasy is to ride into battle atop a Velociraptor - named Mongo, if anybody gets the reference.

Any build suggestions to accomplish this the fastest/best?

Have Regill multi into Beast Rider.

You want to be either a gnome or halfling for that. And chose a class that has access to your dino of choice. Beast Rider would be a fitting choice for instance. Although a couple more classes get them as well.

Racer for animal archetype makes for the fastest ride and grants a total base speed bonus of 20 to your pet. Keep in mind that your raptor only gets big enough for shorties to ride at 7th level. Prior to that you would need to cast Reduce Person on your character (making your shorty Tiny for the Small velociraptor).

For equipment:

Dashing cavalier gloves sounds up your alley, you get it pretty early as well. Likewise half of the pair necklaces sounds good for mounting units
