So it seems in the code they use berenguer and berengar

I could go on a rant/rage as spending a good hour trying to find a way to make him appear ch 4 angel path

Type in berenguer and not much pops up, however my rewards paid off and I saw the name “berengar” typed that in and boom!

Since people may stumble upon this

Hi, sorry to necro this post, i am having the same problem, I want to spawn Berengar in Ch4 with the ToyBox but i don't understand how, i found that same line angel_berengar_se_start in the "search and pick" tab but i don't know what to do with it? It's a custscene from what i understand and it just says "play".

second post,

go to etude section and type in (roguepaladin_recruited)

activate that and bam! you will find him at your camp

ps as for the play bit, its for interacting with him in the city, middle level.... close to the gate to go up/down middle to high level

selecting the cutscene will spawn the encounter and all that.

doing that didnt solve my issue until i found the roguepaladin thing.

ps i will forever be pissed that they coded the guy with two different names

which is why you more then likely could not find the right commands etc

ps. no worries on necroing posts... at least for this game. im just content with the fact this post actually became useful for someone (really does annoy me its tricky to trigger bereguer last random encounter)

There's a few times things are named/spelled wrong in the game's code/flags/etc. but spelled correctly everywhere the player sees them - offhand, it took me a long time to realize the Seize the Moment feat was misspelled as siezethemoment when I was trying to add it to a character.

issue is his name being different is for multiple things, not just one event... which made me think either the translation of the name was changed midway or two different people were coding the guy in ( guer and gar are different enough in my eyes)

least my few hours of slow insanity has helped future peeps.... esp since the guy is missable and while you dont lose much... its still pretty nice having him for extra content/dialogue

I face the same problem, only completed 2 out of 3 encounters during act 3 and now deep in act 4.
by searching roguepaladin i found the right etude, but when i click on the complete button the status changed to completeblocked instead of complete. Is it because I need to change some parent etude before i can change this one?
