Greater magic weapon does not increase attack roll?

Its an enhancement bonus right? That means it wont stack with the enhancement bonus on your weapon. You'll only see it if its greater than what's on your weapon.

It's not broken, it used to be bugged and stacked whit the weapons echant handing out +5 weapons like candy. Now it only appy if it would grand a bonus bigger then the one already on the weapon.

Its not broken. Enhancement bonuses don't stack.
