SPOILER - Stone of Voices ?

I'm not sure if I understood that right. That stone is supposed to be in Currantglen, right`? And it is already there when you step out of that cave for the first time? Googling told me as much, too. I cannot find it ...
I also couldn't interact with the altar and put something in ... (found that in a guide)

Do I have to come back later, after a timer? There is that one maginfying glass that says there's been a landslide, thought maybe I could go there from another direction, but no luck.

I did find a "strange charm" that looks like a stone, but surely, if if was the right one, Ulbrig would know, right?

just did that quest... the altar thing for the elementals you have to place a specific item in it that you pick up from the first part of map before entering the cave.... requires a perception check to find it... its a blessed amulet.... stepping outside of cave altar is right near the cave entrance on that side of the steam.... that location is also where you find strange charm but its for something else down the questline in another Ulbrig quest

as for the main stone of voices thing its right at the end of the pathway there... cant miss it... and other cave opening is for the restless spirits quest to complete that...

The stone of voices is through the exit just past the altar in the cave (not the way you entered the cave). Head across the stream and you'll see the ghost wolf appear leading you up a small hill. You can't miss the stone.

That said, I did have some glitch when I did the scene yesterday where both the stone, a tree and the extra cave in that area weren't activatable. Reloading the area fixed it for me.
