Does that mean you created a spell that makes snow cones?
I took off the amulet to see if that affected anything. Nope. Bug.
Ring of Protection for instance isn't covered under it due to being a deflection bonus. But an Amulet of Natural Armor or Belt of Giant Strength works since that's an enhancement bonus.
Did not notice that when I changed to cone i lost the no spell resistance part.
I was so excited by that spell, sigh.
It does still work great against cultists in the early game, so some use still.
ah, ty for clearing that up, sadly cultist arnt exactly the most durable of enemies no matter what, though lol.
i like the concept of the class, im just struggling to find a way to make it actually useful since its so limited with spells
It is cool and thematic, and barely functional.
I'm not completely sold on the character yet, but I'm finding some use. I've been able to tailor spells to different resist types and shapes, in order to target weak spots on the enemy. I would be a lot more excited if I could get a Selection meta-magic feat.
If you take the Time abilities, paired with the azata restoring your spells, you will be casting extremely powerful fusion spells all day long
Best, and the main selling point, of the new Archetypes
The class itself always ends up being some form of blaster mage.
Seems better as a merc than as a main character...
