If not, then use the power of numbers, that is, summon ALL the things and hope that one of the very, very many attacks will be a 'nat 20' so it will always hit.
Also do the obvious things like buff everyone, bla bla you know the drill I hope.
I hit level 13 right before that and I still had 2 characters die.
Maybe go do some other quests and come back. Every little bit helps believe it or not, one level increase makes a difference.
Cast everything you can to increase your attack rolls. Bless, prayer, good hope, heroism
Don't forget protection from evil. If you have a Paladin or Seelah, Mark of Justice or Smite evil.
Also mirror image and displacement with blur as a backup on your melee guys
That's not even the first tough fight. There are more after that. Hope one of your characters has dimension door to get past all the locked doors too (I used up all the lockpick fuel)
Not sure if that's an exploit or not. I could teleport one character past the doors but not the whole party. There was one room I did it with invisibility because obviously can't take a whole mob of augmented demons on Core with one character
If you entered Blackwater underlevelled, you may have to go back to an older save, and do some other quests first. I leave Blackwater until the end of Act 3.
I just left and came back 2 levels later.
I have Wenduag, Daeran, Regill, Arueshalae, and Greybor in my party. Currently at level 13.
In that case, it might be best if I reload an old save and come back later...
True. I guess that's always a possibility. I like challenge but this area just borders on unfair at this stage.
but as stated you can come back. So it is meant to be a hard and unfair fight early on :)
