Loremaster spell access
As I've been tinkering with some builds and Loremaster, I notice that there's an upper bound to spells I could access, and that upper bound changes.
Does anyone know the CRPG's rules on what spells are available with Loremaster Secrets?
Does access scale with your character level, meaning that loremaster is best taken later?

Oh, and due to how it was implemented (Cleric, Druid and Wizard spells) you won't get access to other classes spells, like Alchemist's bomb-related lvl 1 spells or Paladin's Bless Weapon, Bestow Grace etc.
